Back to the Basics offers nutrition and fitness coaching services. Nutrition is key to helping each client meet their goals. It is imperative for clients to understand the importance of the right combination of food to properly fuel the body in order to lose weight, maintain or even gain.
Run training opportunities range from assisting male, female and children in running a 5k to completing a full marathon. We offer programs for beginner, intermediate and advanced runners. Back to the Basics uses a combination of run techniques, drills and different types of runs to make the training effective for all runners.
